That was the last song recorded by the Doors. After that, Jim fled to Paris to lick his wounds, reinvent his life or some other such thing. We will never know because he met with his end there. He had become our Shaman, our leader that was going to show us how to survive life. But he learned too fast and burned out before he could enlighten any of us. Ray rearranged the music of Ghost Riders in the Sky written in 1948 and the words were inspired by a movie script Jim was working on about a serial killer hitchhiking the highways of America killing families. The whole song was a fluke.
@@daveydudely9954 I wonder where Stan Jones got his inspiration back in June 5, 1948 when he wrote Ghost Riders in the Sky. It must have started somewhere.
@@daveydudely9954 Franck Sinatra never claimed he composed a single rif . He did CO write a single song which is obscure. Mickael Jackson's name on every song he sung. Просто Браво, Блестяще, от души!!! Кайф.
От души
I love this classic. I'm an old man. I like this music😅
We had the best music…..
Arcydzieło muzyczne i tekstowe. Potęga przekazu opisu życia jakie jest w istocie. Bez zbędnych ubarwień i zniekształceń. Ciągła walka o bycie sobą w tym plastikowym swiecie.
❤👍
The Doors- это классика рока, уважаю...браво!!!

The music is just fascinating. What a success! Absolutely amazing.
Did he actually compose and write songs? Sorry, but I very much doubt it. Composers just agreed to share the rights.even half the rights was still very good money.
@@daveydudely9954 Stan Jones was inspired to write Ghost Riders in the Sky while he was sitting around a campfire one night when he worked as a guide for the National Park Service in Death Valley, California.
One of my favorite songs of the era...eerily captivating....
mine too jack
Noni stancherà mai era un vero personaggio bello bravo gran bella voce UN GRANDE!!!
I remember this song like it was yesterday. It gives me goosebumps at certain points in the song and at other points, it's just simply mesmerising. It can't be overstated how great Jim Morrison's vocals were. He died way too young. Truly one of the greatest groups of the sixties. Yeah, the song also reminds me of a certain girl i was in love with at the time.
Jim adored Sinatra . That made him the greatest voice I rock🤩
a song and young love ... i hear that 👍🥰
Very good musicians and a very good singer Jim Morrison!!!!!!
Jim was long gone before I heard the first Doors song. Obviously not part of my generation but the Doors are on the Mount Rushmore of my favorite bands
