1:17 this is because even you are in ur own land but you came like an enemy to your own boarder. So for making it real I think IGI had set our own enemies to kill Jones(as they don't know who really he is) and he came from the other side boarder. It's similar to IGI 1 last mission where those Red cap soldiers tries to attack us as they don't identify him.
