The dead body Easter eggs will be caused in any level that a character starts in like you can’t run which is where knuckles is dead if he’s not chosen or tails on hide and seek act 1 or Amy on special stage.
Idk if u noticed. But in the kind and fair map there is Cream's chao dead body on the map too. In the right and down part

Correct me if I'm wrong but the (-1) appearing on top of the (I'm dumb doll) is a teraria refrence, because in that game there are dolls you can make to test your DPS(Damage Per Second) and numbers show up when you deal damage to anything also it has the same sound effect.

How did you got Amy with blue dress along with these unique pets ? Is it specific to only certains persons lile devs and you ?
1) It's actually purple - just buy the "Custom" skin for the character you wish and then keep clicking on it to change it's color. You can also change the color anytime you want without needing to buy it again
2) about the pets i'm not sure if they are supposed to be exclusive or something - someone gave them to me.
