      I assume you mean to say volume, Volume of concrete will depend on the beam size.

      So I am asking this ......bt I don't know sir how to find the persontage of concrete

      There will be minimum and maxmimum percentage of steel, but of concrete i dont think any code has mentioned specifically for concrete

    How did u get the value of fsc. There is no such table in is code. Isn't the value of fsc= 0.85fy (approx)
