最初は女の子の方が逝ってしまう話なのかなって思ったけど、聴いてるうちに、男の子の方が既に霊みたいな状態で、天からのお迎えが来てて、それを受け入れられない女の子の話にも思える。
自分とまっっったく同じ解釈で嬉しいです....!!!おそらくその解釈が正しいと思います!!! 最初の窓から話しかけてるのは昔来てくれた彼を思い出している or 過去の回想シーンで、彼はもう亡くなるから最後に『幸せだったよ』と言い、私も心から幸せでしたの流れ。恐らくですが目覚めたときに彼女も亡くなった or 後追いしたのかなと思います。そして彼が天からのお迎えが来る時に『私も一緒にいく』と言った感じで女の子が会いに来た。それが『せめて最後くらい我儘でいさせて』の最後の我儘なのかと思います...!!!

Wow, I've been listening to this non-stop it's soo good especially in this part 2:16 it brings me in tears, because I think that's why it is called "My last day" means as the petal falls, she's near to the end... The man that is helping her to get better maybe her lover, it brings me in tears because in 2:16 - to end, the lyrics and the MV suits perfectly, the girl does not have time left, *At first* quote "So don't smile, with such a sad face(means don't cry in her last day). Ah, don't say sorry. I'm the one who made you cry." The girl said... It hits soo hard😭😭
