I have to ask this question out of curiosity: Did the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” make you want to become a bank examiner?

    Excellent video.
However, I would like to share perhaps some constructive criticisms in several areas if time permits. I don’t know about this ancient style of learning known as classroom training. I do not know but most of my learning is at home, in a lab, secluded desks, and even boycotting various libraries that are perhaps inferior. I’m even aware of sound proof studios in academic research libraries reserve for doctoral students and time limit private room for graduate students however I’m going to slightly drift from this for now.
Since then I bought countless of systems and have read many instructions booklets now they don’t even exists for the very best multinational corporations. But was is different a lot of studies was put into it before printing the ‘learning materials’. If I am not mistake is that Scientists and Knowledge Engineers understand that they need their consumers to continue to buy their product and learn things in the fastest time. This is what separate top Fortune 100 technical writers to rigid teachers. If you notice the figures: graphs, matrices, flow charts, quick start guide, user design, interaction with users, system engineering, and etc. are very easy to interpret. Is also the concept of time. Learning things fast is very important. Also, I believe web-based learning at a private setting should be given to students who prefer to learn things like this.
Now lets go back to this classroom setting learning style. Perhaps I’m the only one who believe this however generally students are force to decode spoken words while being around others who could possibly distract through noise and etc. At the same time students does not have the capability to reread critical paragraphs and/or rewind, pause, or zoom with educational videos and slides. Is there no deviating from a subtopic like with reading materials with hyperlinks. This is a deal breaker and is too easy miss something. Also, there’s are unnecessary human interactions that can interfere during in-person learning. Lastly, I have read things out loud in front of strangers and could hardly remember anything right after I read it, at the same time I could speed read a newspaper alone and almost remember everything. So please don’t just teach this public-school teaching style please give other options too.
Another thing, I can’t help but notice that there are various of races with many women with the White male at a higher position. However almost no minority men. This could be a problem and could be interpreted as acceptable corporate culture and/or chain of command.
Lastly, is this whole notion of writing. Many decades back master templates were incorporated to control information to even system generated emails to control human errors. Now we are seeing casual to spoke plain American English via notifications. This whole thing gauging whether someone is a good communicator is perhaps short sighted. What I mean is many times the reader can now that this is an excellent writer however is a sweeping generalities known an general editors or columnist that are really not experts versus lets say someone with grammar mistakes however uses higher glossary terminologies, acronyms, jargons, with complex figures to convey higher general human logic.
Before I forget all these brick and mortar style show a lot of unnecessary overhead and is the membership and annual fee worth it. Not to mention the bad and barbaric customer service or low savings rate. Is really even worth it. How about driving significant miles just for a paper check and only during business hours. You see a lot of investors investing in only FinTech to perhaps even boycotting all financial institutions while trying to increase their own capital. Changing the topic slightly but you can brick and mortar trading at a few bucks a share while loosing market share.
Until then please at least be ahead of the curve.

Perhaps is the opposite feel free to read Labor Economists’ perspectives. Intellectual and class flight is very common up to the point that the worst and/or needy employees stays. Is also the racism to perhaps now feminism also. Lack of controls, obsolete sub processes known as government waste. Ancient administrative assistants' tasks. Oh I also love reading about the leader’s biography who started out as Grade 1 Step 1 who never quit and could never understand why there is a high turnover for others. Don't worry stay superior. In the end only a several gangs stays. Hurryup and go bankrupt!
