Is the troubleshooting worksheet available for purchase? I am in the UK and can't attend your School but would like to learn a systematic way to diagnose 2 stroke problems.

22/03/22 I've been teaching myself small engine work for the past nine months and am compiling a complete diagnostic process worksheet so I do things in the right order, avoid testing when I don't need to and make sure I don't miss anything. I've searched for and found every video Joe Pace has posted in an effort to assemble all the diagnostic information available for the "Advanced Sequential Troubleshooting Worksheet" (which was mentioned in every video but which I cannot find anywhere). I have seen six parts - F (two parts), G, L, I and O plus the Block Off Plate section but have not found Section H or a copy of the entire worksheet. If anyone has more information or even just a list of what's on section H I'd be most grateful. I'm posting this on every one of the above sections in hopes I'll finally get the attention of someone from Husqvarna like a servicing dealer who is willing to share that information.

Great videos! Does anyone know the name of the training they provide and if it’s still available?

Looks like a Stens 705-020, but you can use a mityvac selectline pump for about the same price.

Nice video. I remember doing this alot on the old Walburo carbs on many of the older snowmobiles I rebuilt. I swear I could rebuild one in my sleep blind folded, standing on my head now. I could adjust one on the fly,one hand on the throttle, the other adjusting the carb, with the hood of the snowmobile resting on my arms. Brings back memories. I never saw a rotory carb on any snowmobile I ever worked on. They must have been specific for once certain application, like a generator or something that required a tight narrow space. I have worked on thousands of carbs and thats the first time I saw one,on your video. Wow,I never stop learning!

How do you get one of those pressure testers ?

in my video the 2 barrel carb shown only has 2 brass fuel line connections one has a barb with 2 shoulders fuel inlet and the other has one round end that is the return. if your carb has 3 lines one would be the crankcase pulse line to operate the fuel pump the other 2 would be for fuel lines. doing the pop off pressure test will apply a lot of pressure to the diaphragm/fuel pump in the carb. these tend to become less flexible with age there fore I do not recommend pressure testing until the needle pops off.pop off pressure is used to check that the needle unseats and reseats as designed we do that with out applying a lot of pressure to the diaphragm during our testing

Joe Pace can I use this vac tester for crankcase pressure testing or can I use the vacuum tester in the videos to test carburetors? I want to order the bigger one but I would like to use it for testing carburetors also

In this WALBRO company video it shows a diaphram butterfly carb AKA cube carb.. Pressure goes up to about 15 PSI and then it stops at 5 PSI ....
Why in your video you say not to do this test on a diaphram carb or go over 10 or 7 PSI ???

If a wyk-192 rotary carb begins to poor fuel from the rotary valve intake port after sitting for an hour after being shut off what would you suspect? Carb is 30 days old ... Also suddenly the rotary valve itself is stiff in its rotation and sticks open after being saturated in fuel, does gas cause the rotary valve to swell in its bore when wet ?

Why would needle pop off pressure testing harm the unit? Isn't this what it does in operation or am I missing something?
"Barbed fuel line" All three carb connections shown are barbed. Presumably this is the fuel inlet.

You never indicated what you repaired. I have a needle valve that leaks after the carb kit was replaced. All the screws are light and the needle was replaced as well any ideas?
