we are in escrow in one in CA Superhome. My mother in law can't stand being home alone plus my wife taking care of her. When we first saw the superhome at the model home we were excited and couldn't believe it. almost 1000 sq ft mother in law suite with 2 bedrooms and a family room with dining area with a kitchenette! amazing nothing comes close to Lennar!
I just bought a Lennar house and if I had known that they use the most inexpensive materials building and appliances I would have never bought this house. Everyone is very nice and helpful at first but then after you buy and realize how there are sooooo many things that are wrong with the house no one wants to talk to you and they just ignore the calls .
They currently use GE Appliances in Southern Calif. I have owned 3 other new homes made by 3 different builders over the last 30 years. All had GE appliances. What inexpensive materials did they use?
Why did they show them drive the car into that garage on the right, but then at the end of the video, you were able to see them inside the house through windows before they turned out the lights? Do they live in the garage? Where's their car? Do they live in their car in the garage? I have so many questions.
Great idea but was told today that these NextGen homes will not be sold anymore here in the Tampa area. Is this true? Can anyone or from Lennar verify this?

I think it's a great idea. Nothing like thinking ahead and it's seems to me Lennar does that. They offer a great home as well!

Lennar homes...we need you here in Ventura County. Specifically in Oxnard or Newbury Park. I love this concept.
