In my opinion, the most ideal exit is via the trash disposal; then run across the freeway to the police station; and take the chopper from the helipad. Even if a host has set the exit for the staff doors, I will run around the casino, across the freeway, and then to the chopper. When using this method, I always get to the station before my team has reached the getaway vehicle stash spots. If they opt to enter the sewer or book it the drop off, I can still pick them up along the way. Edit: a mistake I witness others make while running across the freeway, is they engage with the police. If you have armor and snacks, you can easily make it across without fighting. If someone wastes time exchanging fire with the cops, they will spawn a swarm of cops on the freeway; however, if the only focus is on running, you will make it safely across; and you can find a car to take you the rest of the way to the police station.

pro tip: put the kosatka to the spot where you have to deliver the longfin. you can enter and leave the kosatka without swimming since you can just jump on there due to de height of the doc, you can call your vehicle close to there & the helicopter right at the location
I'm sure someone has already said this (or maybe you even do later in the video) but you can't loot the casino vault while the thermal charges are burning. It's like how they work in the auto shop fleeca bank job if you've done that.
