100 Days My Prince is an exceptional drama. Set in historic Korea, alot of power play in the kingdom. D.O. is amazing. It will make you laugh, get angry, and maybe tear up. And epic love story.
Bad Prosecutor is another drama that just puches you in the face. A prosecuter with unconventional methods of digging up evidence, and an evil kingpin prosecuter that tries to shut him down....so fun to watch, D.O. again. He will slap you silly in the action scenes! Please consider these, the acting, all actors are amazing.💙🌺

Yes, EXO's MVs look like a drama because that is exactly what they are supposed to be. They aren't just music videos. EVERYTHING that EXO does, and pretty much all of SM Entertaiment as a whole, is part of the same storyline and it's all connected. Each MV, etc. is like another chapter in EXO's story and it's all connected to all of SM's other artists' and groups' storylines.
That's why we say that if you want to follow the story you have to literally pay attention to even the smallest detail just like you are watching a mystery movie series or epic drama, etc. The things you see happening in the "Let Me In" MV are connected to the things you see happening in the majority of SM's content and that even includes a large part of the EXO members' solo work as well. (For example, the blue drink you see the members drinking in "Cream Soda" is thought to be connected to the blue drink you will see them drinking in their "Ko Ko Bop" and "Don't Fight the Feeling" MVs.)
Think of EXO's story like any of the most famous multi-chapter movie series, graphic novels or TV shows. It's a story that has been going on for more than 11 years and it evolves and changes with every new piece of the story that is introduced.
And it's not just their MVs, but it's practically part of everything they do. The story is even incorporated into their concerts and it's part of almost everything they produce, including their choreography, concert VCRs, teaser videos and even special things that come with their albums, etc.
The more you start to explore other SM artists and groups, you will even see how this story is connected to other storylines and how other groups and artists become characters within the story.
However, one thing that makes this all extra special is that SM never explains anything or reveals their meaning behind any of it and, instead, the company leaves it up to fans to try and piece it together and figure it out. On top of it all, the story is also not playing out in chronological order, so each detail could be from a different moment within the storyline. Therefore, you have to try and figure out where everything falls within the timeline of events that are happening as well. We only hope that someday SM will produce a movie or release a novel that will explain the story so that we will finally be able to discover whether any of what we thought was happening is true or what we think it all means is actually correct.
They used to say that whenever a new artist debuted and officially became a part of SM, they were given a book that explained the SM storyline and how their character now fit within the story. It was said that Lee SooMan, who is the founder of SM Entertainment, had been working on this storyline for years and he was just waiting for the right group of trainees and the right timing to introduce it. The members of EXO just happened to be the group he was waiting for.
Just watch EXO's debut MV, "Mama" to understand what I mean and to start to really see where the story got started. You'll understand why everything they do feels like an epic drama after you see both the EXO-K and EXO-M versions of their "Mama" MVs.
When EXO debuted, as I think you know, they were actually split up into two groups -- there were 6 members that made up EXO-K and they released all their songs in Korean and promoted in Korea, and there were 6 members of EXO-M who released the same songs but in Mandarin and they promoted in China -- and it was all incorporated into their storyline. The fact that they were two separate groups that came together as one is all part of the story and in order to see the full story you have to watch both versions of their MVs. As otherworldly beings, the EXO members are working together to try and save humanity from the corruption of the evil Red Force.
yeah I try to go back and re watch them over and over because I know I miss so much watching and trying to read the lyrics so I go back and just take my time
I still cannot believe Exo were called SM's first flop.
Even though Mamá was very experimental and different, it is the first song I heard from Exo. Loved it right away!!!! The lyrics hit even more now a days.

It really has been 4 or 5 years since all 8 members have filmed together, or made an album. The military service is such a big part of that. It started in 2019 when Xiumin (Shoo-min) then D.O. enlisted. And as the years went by, each of them would enlist, then after doing their mandatory 2 years, one by one they came home. So over those 4 years we had only 6 members at home at one time, and they did the "Obsession " album. When Xiumin and D.O. came home, they did the "Don't Fight The Feeling" album right before Baekhyun and Chanyeol enlisted. So it's been a while, I love seeing them all together, but I'm missing Kai already, then Sehun is last to enlist, fairly soon.
It will be till 2025 to get them all together again. So they do solo or duet or any music, whoever is home. D.O. and Suho do acting. They are always busy with projects. 💙🌺
