Good too see Colin Thomas the terror of the harriers track training... 😂😂...i did the 10k but unfortunately for me I took a whitey at 8k and had to walk/jog the last 2k cos I WANTED that running top and medal.. 😂... The starting times were atrocious 8-37 for the 10k..😳.... Best sign I saw was... DONT BE SHITE.... 😂😂😂x
