What do you mean by the return policy? I would assume you can’t return as they are items that go in the ears. Like earrings. You can’t return those. I wouldn’t want them to be re selling items that’s go in peoples ears x

That’s a good idea! Going off that - You could put a sunglasses chain on them to make them a little extra🖤

They have other colours for the new cases now! There is a pink one and a greeny-blue one

No, so the experience ones are made of plastic and silicone. The quiets are silicone only 😊
