Easy Chicken Nuggets || Kids Special Chicken Nuggets || ചിക്കൻ നഗറ്റ്‌സ് || Ep:573

Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
• Mayonnaise || Mayonnai... - mayo
• 1 minute Eggless Mayon... - eggless mayo
• ടൊമാറ്റോ കെച്ചപ്പ് ഇന... -tomato ketchup
Ingredients
chicken(boneless)-500 gm
buttermilk-1 cup
salt
Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Italian seasonings or garam masala -
Maida-4tbsp
Cornflour-2 tbsp
Mutta-2
Bread crumbs-
Oil
Method
wash the chicken thoroughly.. cut into small pieces
In a bowl add butter milk , ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli powder.. mix well
soak the chicken pieces in this for minimum 2 hours, close and keep in the fridge (overnight marination is the best)
Then after that squeeze out the butter milk and place in a bowl
To that chicken add pepper powder salt and seasonings .. mix well keep aside for 10 min..
Now take a bowl add maida , cornflour , pepper powder salt and seasonings , mix together.
Add chicken pieces and toss well
To that add two beaten egg and mix well
Take each pieces and roll in the breadcrumbs..
Heat oil and deep fry until cooked fully..
U can keep the rest of the nuggets in the freezer up to two weeks
So enjoy with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise
