When we say third day it doesn't mean 72 hours. If he died on Friday evening and rissen on Sunday morning, we perfectly able to say he rissen in third day, because, irrespect the length of hourrs from Friday 23:59 to Sunday 00:01 are three days.

Jesus has often spoken about His crucifixion, death and resurrection. Every prophecy about Him in the O.T has been fullfilled in Jesus. He was the innocent victim of His own crucifixion and He was silent like a lamb brought to slaughter. In the Hindu Scripture, He is referred to as Prajapathi who underwent crucifixtion, death and resurrection.

As a Catholic Christian myself, I can slowly see the prophecy from the Bible in 1 Timothy 4:1 says "God's Spirit clearly says that in the last days many people will turn from their faith.
