- Hope this video helped you. I have tried to provide as much information as possible during my 10 day stay along with my daily activities such as treatments, yoga etc in SDM NATUROPATHY AND YOGA CURE, Pareeka. .

Few things that I forgot to mention in the videos are :
1. As the amenities in the stay option increases, so does the priority given to the sadhakas for any treatments.
2. In cottage stay, both treatments and meals will be provided in the room.
3. One will be given partial massage and no hydrotherapy when on period (menstural cycle).

I visited from March 2022 from 1st - 10th,
I had opted for Special rooms, that costed Rs 700/day - Rs 7000* (for 10 days)
And rest all treatments summed to around Rs 7000*
So, in total summed up around approx Rs14000/ person

Hi sushma Thanks for this detailed information about sdm. I am planning to visit there with my mom. She is 70yrs old and not able to walk so much. My concern is if I come with my sister as attended for my mother. They will allow three person in one private room? Or if I book a cottage where you were telling that all the treatment inside there so we 3 people I mean me and my mom is like patient and my sister as attended for taking care of my mother all the time how much they charge for cottage ? They are available on call as well, so you can convey your issue over call (number provided in description/ website). So that they can rightly tell you about what can be followed/ how much it would cost. Hope this helped.

Laundry facility is available for Deluxe and Cottage Room options.
(More information is available on their website - also you can ask on contacting the help desk - number provided in description)
Regd the packing of clothes, you can pack 5-6 pairs of casual/leisure wear, active wear (optional), towels and extras ( as per req - similar to how would you pack for any other 10 days travel).
In case there is req for any items including apparels, there is in-house utility shop to cover it.
Can we do work from home here ? Internet available? if not which sim gets range there ?
Hello Disha, yes you can work remotely, but the schedule is something which you must try to work out, if your work is flexible enough to fit both the schedules of work & Naturopathy, you can work. The internet connectivity depends on where your room gets allotted. Usually you get internet connectivity but might not be at the spot of your bed/table.
Along with benefit to the body, there is benefit to the mind too at the Naturopathy. In between the juggle of work and self care, your mind doesn't rest. So you are bound to lose the complete benefit that Naturopathy offers. It's suggested not to work but it's always wise to evaluate your situation and take decisions accordingly that have a good balance of both, if you can completely rule out the work.

There is one newly opened branch at Banglore - Kshemavana, you can check about it too!

Without anyone accompanying, if she is an independent individual and also could adhere to Satvik way of living for 10 days from medical fitness and personal perspective, you could opt Naturopathy for her.
The duration extension to 1 month has to be discussed with the medical advisors in Naturopathy, they will take a call based on their evaluation, but the ideal/recommended duration is 10 days

For 10 days, as per your washing routine**
1. Pack comfortable clothes - that you can easily change into (very necessary as you have to take it off before treatment and wear back once done)
2. One cloth specifically for oil massage and turmeric - As it is bound to get oil/turmeric stains, so get an old cloth.
3. Toiletries & medicines
4. Comfortable slip-on sandles/flip flops
5. Water bottle
If you forget to get an item - there is an in-house utility store from which you can always buy (except for medicines)
**In some centres, laundry services will also be available - can check on the website/helpdesk before booking
I m taking BP and hypothyroid medication.. My question is do we need to stop these while we are there on those days??
No you must keep taking your medications as usual during the course of stay at Naturopathy. But during doctor consultation, you must let doctors know about your medicines and the doctor will modify the dietary requirement accordingly.

No, anyone could visit.
But one takes out chains, sacred threads, holy clothing etc that come in the way of treatment for their own convenience.

Both offer same quality services. The only key differences are - Dharmashala (Shantivana) branch was established first and comparatively has bigger premise than one in Manipal (Soukyavana).

@@SushmaMantaganiYT Yes, also I learnt that Shantivana is a bit more crowded than Soukyavana. We have to plan and book for shantivana much earlier as the seats would be filled fast. Whereas the Kshemavana is bit more expensive because of its location.
From manipal bus stand how much will auto charge to get to the hospital
I don't recall, but you can trust the auto drivers there, they don't overprice.

Where is the ATM you mentioned?
Manipal branch - It's 10 mins drive from Naturopathy. If you want to visit, staff will arrange the travel for you.
Dharmashala branch - They have inhouse ATM
Do they have center at Mumbai ?
I think you may find many clinics in Mumbai practising naturopathy and Ayurveda together, they may have few treatments there but you can find extensive baturopathy treatments/ practices in Nisargopachar - Near Pune

Hi, is there a walking track there?
There is no designated walking track but, as Naturopathy premise doesn't have lot of vehicles moving inside, people usually walk inside the premise circling the building which acts as a pathway.
