to me, kagura is easier to use than lunox and stronger than other mage. maybe that can beat kagura I think only Eudora, kadita, and lylia.

As long as u poke lylia and kadita to get rid of either their ult or passive
As a Kagura main,the mages I find annoying are an aggressive Lylia,Valir,Luo Yi,Valentina and Harith. Kadita isn't that bad,but her passive can be annoying.
I doubt Lylia can beat Kagura... Lylia is like a trapper mage unlike Kagura who can assault an enemy and escape when needed as easily as flicking a finger. With Lylia, you need to keep poking and baiting...

The only way to catch a Kagura is when an opposing team has at least two stunners, in a case of only one stunner, that stunner knows how to wait until Kagura used that 2nd skill that enable her to escape from stun or the entire opposing team gank on her. Otherwise, any opposing team would have difficulty catching Kagura
