Sudoku with only 2 digits | Logical Reasoning for CAT 24

In this offbeat video, we share a novel puzzle for you that should help you develop your logical reasoning for CAT 24. As a convention, the minimum number of digits that are needed to uniquely solve a Sudoku is 17! However, this is a Sudoku with only 2 digits. Can it be solved?
