Go to edit try by running edit()
Then start the session startEdit()
It will become writable and then you can use set('XaSetTransactionTimeout','1000')

When I try to connect wlst getting error
Failed to initialize jndi context,
No available router to destination
Destination unreachable
Changed admin port to 9071, it works but it is temporary, when try to after two days again getting same error....
