I was feeling so anxious this morning and angry and I chanted and this lecture popped up so I listened. Half way through I told a friend, “I feel so soothed and calm” I actually wanted to say I felt cooled from the heat of my ramped up thoughts. Then at the end of this lecture, you quoted “more cooling than sandalwood is the moon, and more cooling than sandalwood and the moon is the association of sadhu’s” That felt so nice to hear.
