I used a heavy bottomed pan, not non stick. Keeping the flame medium to high resulted in the chicken sticking to the bottom in the first 10 mins itself. Had to adjust in the second 10 mins. So you could've been clear about the timing and how it needed to be watched frequently so it doesn't stick.
Sorry to hear that.. Did you add water in the beginning? The chicken itself would release some water in the first 10 mins, so it's really surprising that it got stuck in the first round.. I forgot to mention that you need to heat the pan completely before adding anything, if you're using a normal pan.. Try again.. I'm sure it will be better and perfect... Thank you for trying 😊😊

Lagta hai ki aap food lover nhi hai bcz agar hote to iss recepi ko like nhi karte bcz this recepi is nt kala bhuna it's like a chicken masala....its nt authentic..

For kala bhuna it's essential to dry roast RANDHUNI..BAY LEAVES BIG BARDIMOM AND JAI FALL...without Randhuni kaka bhuna cant be completed .. so Next time please show the original recepu

For mutton or other red meats.. black cardamom, jaifol, javetri and radhuni are used mostly for that masala.. but for chicken we can't use those masalas, because it would make the dish a lot more rich and the taste wouldn't be the same.. While making Chicken Kala bhuna, the mentioned ingredients are enough.. try it as showed, and don't forget to let us know how it was...
For ur kind information that without (randhuni) kala bhuna can't be make..aapni modify recepi dite chaile may be that's will be wrigh but as per ur recepi dont say that is authentic...bcz u skip many times which is essential for kala bhuna...pls dont upload this kind of video to cofusie every one....

Have you even heard that term "authentic"??? Kala Bhuna (the chicken version) is made in this way only. Most of the people who have ever made it, they all made it in this way. I don't know which recipe are you talking about, but I guess they also followed the same one I followed here.

রান্না মোটামুটি ঠিকই আছে। তবে শুরুতেই বড় এলাচ দেওয়া হয়। সেটা বাদ গেছে। আর একটা অনুরোধ - বাঙলা কথার মধ্যে so, but এই গুলো না বললে ভালো হয়।

Marinate for more than 4-5 hours and increase the cooking time. Everything can remain the same.
