Fantastic, thanks Jeff. It’s so valuable to hear the vision and the urban design together. So great that flexible community facilities have been thought of. Really appreciated the difficulties that have been overcome, and the bumps along the way. This presentation is not only the homework for prospective buyers and owners at Witchcliffe, but it’s also a great education for anyone interested in super sustainable urban design, the integration of community, and how new food chain models can improve health locally and reduce shipping asparagus from Brazil to Australia. Five stars.

These ideas would be excellent for the redevelopment of existing urban areas within a population capped at a sustainable level where continued expansion of suburbia across arable land is unnecessary.
