I grew up in El Rio...I knew Ralph, Danny, Bobby, Frank...the whole clan...wonder what happened to Henry Contreras...have to say, I am glad I left many years ago, and will never go back to live in California...

Back in the 70s during his teens, he was attending a Rio Mesa football game with his girlfriend at the time when all of a sudden he was surrounded by numerous police officers. During halftime in the school's parking lot these police officers mistaked him for a gang member since he was well known with them since he grew up with so many in the neighborhood. They questioned him like there was no tomorrow until Ralph asked them to leave him and his gf in

Soon afterward, doctors said he was lucky to be alive but would never be the same again. Aside from all of that, the drugs he does today doesn't help him one bit! God bless him because according to my father, if that incident never took place he could've been an incredible athlete coming out of Oxnard, CA. He was very talented in boxing and baseball during his youth. Now a days

Ralph proceeded to head back to the football field with his gf when one officer shoved him which led to Ralph to popping that particular officer to the ground and eventually into a huge two on one fight.
