Waalaikum Assalam There is no such concept of Qaza Namaz, specially qaza of years, no hadees regarding that. But if someone hasn't offered his/her namaz on time due to unavoidable reason like travel and so then one can offer that namaz whenever he got the chance to offer namaz. But if someone intentionally does not make his/her salah then there you don't have choice to offer that salah. And Allah knows best.
