Gail has become something of a joke in corrie, shes gone from a strong character into a dithering old dear, if you watch the old episodes she appeared in she is not the same character and its just a joke when she appears on screen, as is Audrey and Rita just because the characters are older the writers should at least respect them and write appropriate parts for them and not make them out to be old delinquents.

Then he came back and had the audacity to assume that she was still upset about that, when in reality her husband had just died. 3) He used Michelle to get over Leanne! Not that I feel all that sorry for her considering the fact that she condoned his affair with Carla. 4) I will agree that Carla got what she deserved, but that doesn't absolve Peter of his behaviour. 5) These are more than flaws. This is a pattern of behaviour. Peter is seriously disturbed, selfish and one eyed.
Mikeyj Maher my family try and convince me corrie is the best soap because I much prefer emmerdale and eastenders but they fail to see all the god awful actors they’ve got in corrie. I can’t pick out 5 people in corrie who I’d say were brilliant actors. The girl who plays little Sarah in emmerdale can out-act the majority of the actors in coronation street
