Well, the current 'Animal Crossing' theme is being often hailed as an unofficial spiritual successor of Fabuland. Also, the Mickey Mouse theme TLG (The Lego Group) produced in around the year 2000 used a LOT of "revived" parts from the old Fabuland theme; to the point that it was basically Fabuland 2.0 but with Disney characters instead.
Hey Jaabo Seeing your entire Fabuland collection in one place is simply fantastic! The joy the theme brings is worth every penny that I’ve spent collecting mine. The smile on my face that I get every time I look at the figures, the vehicles, the small and large builds is what makes me such a fan! I don’t know whether I have favourites? It changes virtually everyday. I’ll catch a glimpse of something and that becomes my focus! But if I have to name some, they’d be: Favourite figure: Fabuland Bulldog 1 and 6. I love the expression on their faces! They also inspired my channel ident. Favourite vehicle: set. 329 Bernard Bear and Puck-up Truck Favourite small set: 3706 Elmer Elephant Favourite large set: 3669 Fire and Police Station I don’t have a great deal of free space in my maisonette. But, my wife insists that my entire collection of Fabuland sets are on display. So we have a number of deep and long shelves and Ikea Kallax to display my collection. My extra figures and keychains are also on show. But my books, pens, games, puzzles and set 1516 is put away for safe keeping. Thanks for such a wonderful and fabulous August. I know that Fabuland isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. But, you’ve made my August very enjoyable! Fabulous Fabuland Forever!
Yay!! we made it, they do look pretty cool all out on a table together. Now it just needs a Fabuland train going around the city. Surprised they never made one.
What an awesome collection of Fabuland sir Jaabo. Thank you for sharing these sets. I didn't realize how many different sets there were and how many different figures were made. Robin Hull will be very proud of your Fabuland collection 😀
When looking at the Fabuland sets I get the "Playmobil but with options" vibe. I did not have Fabuland sets as a kid (well maybe one set but memory is a bit iffy) but beside LEGO I had a lot of Playmobil sets as well not to forget He-Man, Transformers and GI Joe.
I’d never seen all Fabuland sets together. I have almost 70 sets myself, but I’ve never had more than 6 or 7 built at one time. Great to see them all together! 40 years later, my kids love them!
I love the old LEGO catalogs and maybe someday you guys will go over the catalogs again up close. I do still have many of them since my childhood, but I don't remember seeing Fabuland sets on store shelves. Many things from back then were so new and I had to focus on too many things that I still like but those wonderful years for me were between 1977 and 1991. A few days after graduation I gathered together my LEGO airplanes (all of my LEGO was built into those planes) for a picture before packing them away. It would take me just about another year or so before I found the Star Wars Trilogy on VHS rental. It is upsetting that LEGO tends to spend so much time and effort on themes like Dreamz and yet trains these days has very few if anything really special.
Very impressive to see them all together and very colourful. I think you could have a lot of fun with them when you are kid in that time. Thank you for showing I really liked it!
Of the ones that I owned, the fair ground with the ferris wheel and slide, Bonnie and Edwards cottage, the playground with the swing, the bus and the small school were my favourite sets. Clive Crocodile and Lionel were my favourite figures.
Hey Jaboo great collection! You should also do a series of all the Maxifigures sets from 1974 to 1982, "Homemaker", "Building Set with People" and "Universal Building" sets. What do you think?
imo this is your best video since the trains running through the #tippertruckarmy throughout your house. Now you can film fabuland city updates when you build them again soon. First
Hay Jaabo! Nice Shirt Today! Thanks For Wearing It, You Look Good. Hay Wow! The Table Looks Fantastic! The Colour Really PoPs!... I Have Really Enjoyed Watching You Make All These? You Have Done So Well Making This Fabuland Vlog !?... Film It All, Take Pictures?... Must Keep It In The History Vault?.. What Does The Family Think?... Wow Your Gonna Miss Doing One Tomorrow? HaHaHa... Well Done The Cup Goes To A Great Build ! (Cue Sig-Fig & Cup?)... What's The Next Big Thing To Do Jaabo?... Keep Up The Good Work! "Onwards & Upwards!"... Buggleskelly37 xxx
though what always irked me is that the building/wall pieces were always half a plate shorter than every other standard brick, which made it hard to combine with other sets
The table looks awesome. I wish Fabuland would make a comeback.

Such a cool collection. I've enjoyed the whole month of videos. Thanks for sharing.

Fabulous Fabuland Forever!
Thank you so much Robin! One day I hope to set things up to display again. I’m going to keep working on downsizing but Fabuland is a definite keeper
Edward and Friends forever.
This is really neat. I never knew there were that many sets.
Amazing collection! My only disappointment is that Fabuland did not have a railway.
Yay!! we made it, they do look pretty cool all out on a table together. Now it just needs a Fabuland train going around the city. Surprised they never made one.
this is awesome, the full series is awesome
I watched them all and I loved them all
wow
Really fantastic the Fabuland period🤩🤩🤩Thanks for showing it!
This is lovely, congratulations!
I like the collection. I like the roof pieces. It was a simpler time. Love the roadsters.
ah!!!! awesome!!! i love fabuland, i used to play with it a lot as a kid, they were my moms hand-me-downs and she played with them when she was a kid
Now that was really cool. Great job on doing a complete month on them sets.
wow, having them together in one shot looks a lot better than I expected. guess Fabuland really is more than the sum of it's parts
This was a cool wrap-up!
Oh cool collection didn’t know they had so many sets thanks for sharing
You finally have a full city, yay, and it is fabulous 😊
Your Fabuland collections are awesome!
Thank you!

Please bring it to Atlanta BrickCon!
How long did it take you to aquire them all and how much did it cost?
Very nice. I really like these. I think I'll add them to my 'maybe one day' buylist.

I like the camper. But that riverboat is top dog
Great collection of fabuland sets jaabo keep up the great work nice t shirt
Great work. I'm not a fabuland fan, but I still enjoyed it.
I have really enjoyed the Fabuland videos! Thanks for doing them. Take a break and come up with the next theme to do.
that is an interesting collection. Not my style but amazing to see all together.

13:38 oh yes i used to play with this one!! looking back now its totally the perfect fabuland set, it has everything you could ever need
It's the 1788 of the Pirate sets!
This blows my mind, what a sight! I dare to say it beats the look of a whole collection of contemporary modular building sets. What a sight! Congrats!

Wow this is impressive. You should fill in the space between sets with green baseplates, it would look great

Jaabuland!!! That’s an incredible collection!

I'm sorry that the Fabuland vids have been killing the channel, but I for one have definitely appreciated the full theme review!! 👏
I actually had not viewed the channel before, but the Fabuland stuff drew me in! So definitely not killed!
I am not into Fabuland, never was. But your collection is really cool 👍
now I am scared about the space needed - I currently have 38 sets only needing about 2x4 feet… I guess, most of the big ones are still to come…

That is totally like where’s Waldo , lol
💛 🧡 ❤
You may think you killed your channel, but this whole series was fun!

According to rebrickable, the white and yellow rabbit is in 8 sets with the collar print and 4 without
Your opening statement sounded an awful lot like one of those LEGO clickbait titles you always see nowadays 🤣
All the Fabuland sets. Edward is the character the tv series is named for Edward and Friends.
It would be great if, before you put it away, your “fabulous” collection could be arranged as a town and I could come over and play.
though what always irked me is that the building/wall pieces were always half a plate shorter than every other standard brick, which made it hard to combine with other sets
OK, I watched them all. Happy now?
