I didn’t think I’d see the day when TTR would drop an update this big. Honestly the field offices feel like something you would have seen in Toontown 2. All these enhancement, a new UI, THE REMOTE CONTROL. This is gonna be interesting…..
as a college kid who uses this game as an escape back to my childhood--this is everything i've ever wanted! new toontown content for the first time in, what... 8+ years? tto never did anything new. ttr really cherishes the fanbase and listens to us. thank you so much for being the best, devs and mods!
im really looking forward to a fresh start from TTR when this releases. its been a rough, long journey with this update but TTR has learnt a lot since the start and now its finally here i cant wait for whats to come 🤩🤩😁
I am a little disappointed they are turning it into something it's not. I always thought this game would stay a nostalgia zone not a game with a bunch of DLC
@@TimSzabo go play toontown offline / any other vanilla server then. If they never released anything new or different from the mundane, it would die a slow sad death.
@@TimSzabo The only thing it will affect nostalgia driven players is the UI, and even that stays really faithful to the original one, if you dont count the rewards page. Most if not all content in the update is end-game content.
I'm just completely blown away by how awesome everything looks, and I can't wait to get started on everything new that was added! This definitely lives up to the potential that this game has to expand and grow into something amazing. I can't wait to see what comes after this in the future!
This is incredibly exciting and I plan to hop on for this with my friend the moment I can. Toontown Rewritten has changed so much, it strays further away from the classic feel Toontown Online had and has become its own kind of thing and I find it so fascinating. Though I do wish I could stay with the old battle UI, letting that go feels huge lol. I can't wait to get on for this and experience the long awaited Field Offices. It's incredible.

After 13 years when Bossbot HQ was added and then nothing came into picture after that...
Looks gorge and professional. Thanks for your efforts and I hope the update is as smooth as possible. The battle UI looks great for clarity and convenience, especially with those darn SOS cards.
Not to spoil anything, but played through a field office yesterday and I can tell you guys really pulled out all the stops for this one. The last floor was especially a really nice surprise. Here's to the TTR team for the biggest and wildest update yet!

… Ohhhh wait a minute, we’ve *seen* these before! The original _Toontown Online_ had Sellbot field offices too, in the last years of its run. At the time, they were sometimes put down in place of normal cog buildings, but that’s not gonna happen here is it? The Field Office is being reimagined… as a Sellbot-conquered Toon HQ!
This is actually hype! Hopefully can see more of these sort of updates in the future, similar to TF2 or CSGO, new operations with tasks and rewards etc.
Phenomenal Job once again TTR! I am loving the faithful to the original GUI ( but still hope there's an option to use the old one. ) I cannot wait to hop back into the game. Unfortunately, I will be very very busy for the next few days and will be unable to make Launch. If it wasn't for my plans, I would be able to play today. But the moment I get some free time, I'm coming back in and playing!

@@TimSzabo to be fair this is all unreleased TTO content, this isn't brand new stuff they just made up. it was all in the games original coding

The best update in Toontown so far. Adds new things to the game without ruining the faithful charm at had with Toontown Online. Awesome.
