Hi i have a question🙂 Can you make a video about diet for Muay Thai training, what should we eat and drink after training for recovery and stuff like that.
I have a flat foot condition. For those who don't know, my foot doesn't have an arch that most people normally do on the bottom of their foot. Would Muay Thai help with that?
I am flat footed as well and I do muaythai and it hasn't given me any advantages or disadvantages but sometimes when on the ball of your foot it can be uncomfortable, But I would definalty strat muay thai if I was you!
Little bit late, but i also have flat feet. Have been doing muay thai for over a year now and it probably won’t change anyting visually but it will definitely make you more coordinated and less clumsy. If you haven’t started yet i strongly recommend.
