thank you so much. This series has been a big learning curve-I love the way you explain everything- and your personal style-I feel as though you are talking to me sometimes! I have a wonderful Lama (Kagyu) but he does not do the pointing out of Mahamudra , as he did not get whatever is needed from his teachers ,but he has been very supportive of me venturing forth.I just really wanted to do this practice , so I just am doing it ,its been 2 years .I did some Ngondro first for a year. I am praying for a teacher at this point , who specializes in Mahamudra or Dzogchen , I live on Vancouver Island , so distance might be necessary.I have some spinal cord injuries ,so venturing off to India is not an option at this time. I meditate full time , no big responsibilities as my kids are grown.Thank you so much Lena ,your teachings have provided so much joy for me over the years and through some hard times. Can smbd pls help(maybe there was an earlier video, practice, etc) what practice, visualization is used to heal somebody, what Color should be used , as energy sent to the deceased body organ, to get it healed? Gold, Silverish White, Red or smth? Will be deeply grateful! 🙏 Maybe there is a whole practice on healing?
