fact: the live full version of this song is 18 minutes long, I think it will definitely surprise you
And with full orchestra... Definitely must watch! That intro, and influence to hole song is Tchaikovsky violin concerto.

He is the only guitarist in this band, he played violin when he was child so he is so influenced by classical literature, and he started learning guitar from then..

One of great power metal band from Japan. If you want longer and crazy duration, check out legendary band called X Japan, they have prog metal songs with 30 minutes duration. Check out "X Japan - Art Of Life"(live tokyo dome)

Extremely glad you checked out Galneryus. Big fan of Galneryus and Lovebites here and loving your reactions. Angel of Salvation is an epic piece and Syu is just a friggin phenomenon. The same song Live sounds better if you can endure an 18 minute video. Keep rockin 🤘
I used to listen alot of guitar solo player before Syu. The day I found his music I feel like reborn and hear a guitar for the first time lol my top 5 in the world !

BTW you are right, there we have an interpretation of a song by Tchaikovsky but completely adaptaded into a metal song... syu the guitar man is also a violin classical player... this could be one of the best song into the music... here we have master class

Aldious filmed their Dominator and a bunch of other Japanese bands have mede their MV in this Church. The church name is Casa D'Angela Tokyo and is a wedding church so the Japanese can marry western style with the hole kit! Next epicness is Versailles / Faith and Desicion (live) There is a version with english subs as well.

Galneryus is fantastic. I dunno if you've listened to any of their other stuff, but I'd recommend checking something out from their first two albums. My favorite songs by them are pretty much all from the second album. I'd suggest "Silent Revelation" and "Outlet Wish".
