Imagine how these people feel about how their daily routine changed and how dramatic it is what you experience right now.
You can only go out to buy food stuff and medicine. That means you get to eat. You're privileged, you're not going through tough times. You lost your job. You had one in first place and you're likely to get it back.
Some of us will die from Covid-19 and suffer before we do. Some might have to make tough decisions like who will get treatment and who won't. Some of us will loose loved ones. These are the ones for whom times are tough, these have the right to whine. The rest of us should stay home and stop whining. And while we spend the time contemplating the lack of entertainment, we might want to readjust our sense of normality and appreciate what some people have to go through to be called economic immigrants.

What you perceive as righteous Americans where European invaders who stole the land from the natives. They came to America either to steal resources (the nobility) or to have a chance to make a better living because they were starving in Europe (the peasants). The US rejected ships full of jewish asylum seekers then. You supported England by providing material, but you did not enter the war until you have been directly attacked by Japan. You did not fight for a righteous cause, you defended yourself.
All the wars you fought since then, you fought for your economic or strategical reasons, none of them were motivated by morals. In most of these wars you committed quite ugly atrocities. The enemies the USA has today are home made. Iran hates you because you removed their democracy and replaced it with a dictator who eventually was removed by them. North Korea is a consequence of the war you fought on their soil. The Arab world's animosity is a consequence of your petrol gathering policies and the unconditional support for Israel's policy of depopulating Palestine. The list goes on. You are not investing in the world, you are the leeches extracting resources and imposing crippling pain.
Remember that you are the invaders? The guys entering the US on the Mexican border are not invaders. They are not spaniards steeling your gold or Brits, Germans, Irishmen sending you to reservations. They are coming to clean your home. You had a referendum to determine which language you would speak. If your demography would have been slightly different you might well have ended up speaking German today. Countries like Switzerland prove that it's not only possible but not at all detrimental to have more than one official language. They have four (German, French, Italian and Romansk). Overall I doubt very much that the impact of the USA on the world is a net positive one. Furthermore, even if it were true, he doesn't get to hold the scales and determine who lives and dies. Did you know the entire world population right now could fit inside the state of North Dakota?
