I remember this video. I watched it before it had English subtitles. I had to look up many words, but it was very interesting. 现在我比事前明白了很多汉语，但是这个视频还有意思。All of Eileen's outdoor videos are interesting -- country village, rain, Macao, etc. Eileen talks to us in normal spoken Mandarin, unrehearsed.
this movie is a special for me because I lived in Zhuhai in 2013/2014. That is why it was so interesting to watch. I remember walking the streets just after a typhoon. When I have learnt about Mr. Zhou misfortune I was really moved because Zhuhai is the place I know.. Maybe not perfectly but the places shown were like the ones I visited. Maybe not the same ones, i was living near 石化东路.opposite 实验中学。 I often visited small mountain near that street. I remember the trees laying on the ground. I did not know about the loss of life but it was to me then like a normal thing, this typhoon. Just learning about the life in the city. I still wish I could visit other cities like Shanghai or Dalian, Hearbin or even Zhongqing.. 。 重庆is a home city of my close relative. Someone close to my heart lived there.

My Chinese is way better now. I totally understood this. I was sick at hsk 4 for awhile. But I got a tutor online at italki. I didnt have anyone to talk with. 2 times a week 45 minutes each time. We chit chat for a bit then ill read through my hsk 4 book. And she'll ask me questions . Totally worth it. Before I would occasionally go to chinese restaurant or market. Which helps but it's not enough.
Her pronunciation is as exquisite as her cheek bones. I remember bantsing with my Chinese room mate over who ought enter the La Ji Tong first. (Rubbish Bin) Chinese have a quirky sense of humour.
Love the video overall but I don't think you should have shown that poor person get killed. Somebody watching this could be his relative or friend. May he rest in peace. Seems like these Typhoons and storms are getting worse and worse in the world. this movie is a special for me because I lived in Zhuhai in 2013/2014. That is why it was so interesting to watch. I remember walking the streets just after a typhoon. When I have learnt about Mr. Zhou misfortune I was really moved because Zhuhai is the place I know.. Maybe not perfectly but the places shown were like the ones I visited. Maybe not the same ones, i was living near 石化东路.opposite 实验中学。 I often visited small mountain near that street. I remember the trees laying on the ground. I did not know about the loss of life but it was to me then like a normal thing, this typhoon. Just learning about the life in the city. I still wish I could visit other cities like Shanghai or Dalian, Hearbin or even Zhongqing.. 。 重庆is a home city of my close relative. Someone close to my heart lived there.

My Chinese is way better now. I totally understood this. I was sick at hsk 4 for awhile. But I got a tutor online at italki. I didnt have anyone to talk with. 2 times a week 45 minutes each time. We chit chat for a bit then ill read through my hsk 4 book. And she'll ask me questions . Totally worth it. Before I would occasionally go to chinese restaurant or market. Which helps but it's not enough.
