Some BO4 tips for you all, coming from the ultimate BO4 lover: Game has infinite sprint, so slide-jumping like BO3 doesn't matter. Stamin-Up modifier gives you infinite max speed. Zombies killed when special weapon is pulled out respawn. Can kill Brutus easily with the sword dash if you jump before hitting the dash button. You can hear the BotD bird, even from far away. First bird always spawns in cells, and fourth bird always spawns in Warden's/Citadel/Docks. Use Temporal Gift to make BotD zombie blood bird step easier. Death Perception is strong. Winter's Wail is extremely useful for BotD power house and docks challenges. You can do BotD wall busting step before round 17 if you use monkey bombs with a summoned Brutus. Perk decay exists and you don't lose items when dying. All four players can have a map-exclusive wonder weapon on every map except Classified and Tag. Friends can build Magmagat immediately if you've already done it. There's an image online that numbers the power house challenge generators and shows the page symbols. You don't have to guess morse code. You can add up buoy numbers. You can hit zombies with the sword through the ceiling when killing zombies for monkey bomb. DotN gems go through walls. Can open most of BotD on round 1 if you leave one zombie alive and build a barrier. Zombies don't spawn behind you the first time you use the BotD catwalk. If you damage Brutus at all after exiting the catwalk, he will teleport to you and you can get the key and points from him on round 1. Dog round always occurs the round after you first enter the prison. If you throw your Retriever when someone throws theirs at the box lock, you get your upgraded shield even when you don't aim at the box. Can use Kraken upgrades as ammo refills. PhD Slider doesn't negate fall damage nor Magmagat damage. Zombie health cap is round 35. Super sprinters introduce on round 55. Hardcore difficulty doesn't have a zombie health cap. I'm the only person in the world who knows the Hellion Salvo is pronounced "Hellion" rather than "Heeliyon". Bandolier Bandit modifier doesn't generate ammo, only refills magazine. Tundragun is extremely strong and is basically the same weapon as the Hellion Salvo, except does infinite damage on Hardcore, I assume. Used to be terrible. For the DotN pile-digging step, you must shoot the zombie with the confusion shot DIRECTLY when they are STANDING ON the dig pile. There's a bug where you can cancel perk drinking animation with a bayonet. Winter's Wail does no damage. Brain Rot gives you points and XP, whereas Turned did not. Save your Nebulium Plasma until the Tungsten Tripler elixir option shows up every once in a while. ALWAYS DO THIS. BotD boss fight has an orange circle on the ground that might be able to one-shot you but I'm not sure. You're supposed to shoot the dark mechanism with the shield blast twice, I believe. Special weapons regenerate slower and level up slower the more they are leveled. Bowie Knife pop-shocks gold camo challenge should be done via Voyage Gauntlet crawler round. Welling headshot camos should be done on Dead of the Night with silver bullets, Head Scan, Stock Option, and Killjoy. Camo challenges can be completed on Casual difficulty, which is highly recommended. You can shoot the purple smoke chimney with a Fire Bomb weapon instead of using Wraith Fires. Wraith Fires prevent zombies from hitting you. Special weapons stun Brutus when you pull them out. Murderer ghost in BotD can be killed easier by using the trap after the ghost reaches the MOG 12 wallbuy. Can see the direction the bird goes when looking toward the docks from the cells at the beginning of a round. (I never do this but it exists)
Only one I need proof of is the fire bomb purple chimney one, I’ve tried it so many times and have still never discovered the angle where you need to shoot the chimney from
12:15 actually recently its be found that, that is categorized as a visual easter egg and isnt something cut and it is intentionally there with a purpose. I believe glitching queen did a video about it recently really cool stuff.
Because the Helion Salvo does so much damage there is a little chance that it will actually trigger the AAT until a very high round. That’s why myself and other speed runners use the spitfire with the proper AAT

The Helion Salvo activates it's AAT every 3 or 4 shots, generally one per clip once pap'd if you dont spam it its hard to notice sometimes though as it annihalates everything. There's a pretty complex algorithm they use that includes bullets shot and time passed with a bit of rng thrown in for good measure. Also don't forget each has a different time to cooldown
I know it's a bit late now, but yes you can in fact rapid fire the scorpian wonder weapon on console just with X/ square and the the shoot trigger/bumper. As for the AAT you cant one shot the zombies for it to go off and you need to shoot at the side enough so it still does damage to the zombies, far enough it don't just 1 shot them.
Ik this is an old video idk if your gonna see this or not but a video idea is beating bo3-bo4 without Megas or ultras they make the Easter eggs trivial I wanna see you struggle 😂
salvo is annoying bc aat's have a percent chance to proc which isn't a big deal usually bc ur weapon doesn't immediately delete zombies. but i'm pretty sure u need a direct hit (?) to try and proc the aat and it will eventually work. the fire bomb step is extra cringe bc the area where you need to proc the fire bomb is tiny.
My personal list for BO4 EEs easiest to hardest is. (From the perspective of a relatively new player without elixers) Tag (WW make it not bad and it is mainly a fetch quest) AO (Can be done on a low round) IX (Ra challenge can be difficult) DotN (Scratch mark step) AE (4 WWs and scepter and sun dial step) Voyage (Clock step, Planet step, Boss fight) Blood (self explanatory lol) My friend and i are actually mid way through with these EEs. I carried him through it for our first playthrough (not bragging, just saying for context). This time through he is doing all the steps so we will see how he lists them out. As always love the BO4 content!
@@Renzaru Like you said a lot of the EEs are hard to rank because they are similar, just sometimes tedious or annoying. VoD and Blood are in a league of their own though. Without guides from people like Joltz I think they would be really really hard. Just my opinion though. At the end of the day I love BO4 content so I am happy!
BO4s ending surprised me. Didn't play bo4 until last year. I figured they really screwed it up, but it wasn't bad, had they not rebooted it. Could it have been better: yes, but it's a better ending than revelations which seemed cheesy and didn't fit the theme of zombies (the cutscenes in that map looked straight out of fortnite give me the 2d handrawn ones over that any day) Would have been better if they continued chaos and let aether die after BO4 imo now the sacrifices are basically meaningless, kind of ruining the ending
To activate the AAT with a helion salvo what has been relatively consistent with me is not shooting the ground but shooting the zombie it self will activate but still its buggy and not very consistent but it works ig

The hellion salvo is a launch weapon. The reason you wouldn’t know it’s OP is because the natural assumption is that it would be no different than the bazooka, or the law, or the RPG, or the xm-53. As for alternate ammo types, I’m gonna assume they work, but that the salvo kills them before you see the effect most of the time. This is speculation though, so don’t take my word for it.
Here’s a hot take I have for each BO4 Easter egg: Voyage of Despair has the best boss fight in all of Treyarch The Ra step on IX is cool and like a fun mini game Blood of the Dead isn’t that bad if you know what you’re doing Classified would’ve been fine if it were just 100 or even 115, but 150 is just way too far Dead of the Night is easy and people who complain about the scratch mark step are pearl clutching This was technically introduced in BOTD, but the player exclusive cutscenes on Ancient Evil are genius and I wish they were in more maps The Alpha Omega Easter egg is absurdly easy and once again, people who complain about the red nova crawler are pearl clutching Tag Der Toten is boring minus the final escort misson
@renzaru the borderlands movie is based off of the second game I am pretty sure. I thought it was bad until I went back and actually looked at the story. Compared to the first games story, it makes much more sense, even Lilith looks the exact same in my opinion

The helion was there on launch but phd was dlc so it wasn’t very viable and for the shock wire it activates the instant they die so it counts as a kill with it but u just don’t see it

For an ammo mod to work with the Hellion you need to shoot it so it doesn’t 1 tap them then the mod will activate (shoot the ground next to the hoard)

@renzaru the borderlands movie is based off of the second game I am pretty sure. I thought it was bad until I went back and actually looked at the story. Compared to the first games story, it makes much more sense, even Lilith looks the exact same in my opinion

Classified is the easiest. Its just getting the winters howl. (Cause it's the one with the trophy, not the round 150)
I think the game classes round 150 as the main quest on the main menu tho, I usually do the winters howl one but wanted to switch it up for this one
@Renzaru I'm going off the logic of all previous maps and maps after classified. The main egg is the one a trophy is associated with and the round 150 has nothing associated with it. And ahhhhhh, you've only randomly come on my feed a few times sp didn't know that
The helion was there on launch but phd was dlc so it wasn’t very viable and for the shock wire it activates the instant they die so it counts as a kill with it but u just don’t see it
