Couple of things to take in mind before purchasing this villa. Check their 7*12 extract, local municipal clearances, and there is always a threat of an eyewash by builders when it's under construction. Has the builder delivered his past projects in time..why is the cost of this villa so cheap whereas the land in today's time is so costly. Also check rain water clogging etc. what kind of water supply. Does it have all major banks approval for loan disbursements in case going for loan. I truly feel it's too cheap at 68 lacs. Do check please
