- In today’s video, we visit MOD contracted site in towcester BAE systems
Got approached by what I didn’t know at the time was the security and another man
security wasn’t wearing her SIA badge in the public.
Trying to tell me that I’m breaking their rules whilst no laws were broken by Me.
For about 40 minutes, they stood and disrupted me flying. The drone video ended up a lot longer so wasn’t able to include the information wanted to.

Do you read what you write? Prohibited place is defined in your comment!(crownland) they may have MOD contracts but they are private company! If you keep spouting false information, everyone’s just gonna laugh at you👍

Mate, more companies have MOD contracts than the MOD has employees. If MOD contractors thought that made them special somehow they're freebasing.
H - you have potential - you explainations of laws is up there with others- your filming and editing will improve with time - like i said potentail is there
It seems to go right over their heads that they are infringing on his rights and everything he's doing is lawful. They have no rights to tell anyone in public what to do. The are breaking the law interfering with a drone pilot. She's not wearing her SIA badge. ust who has been breaking the law here?

Those two security guards seem to be performing the jobs that they are best suited for. Of course, they are stepping outside their bounds of authority when they give directives to a citizen who is standing on a public foot path. H Audit did his best to educate them on laws that pertain to drone flying and public photography. I hope they understood some of what he told them.

But you never mentioned " you do not own the air space" or something like that related to all the private land bs she threw at you for the majority of the video. I seen from other videos that they say that to counter and most of the time it goes quiet real fast.

No SIA badge on display, so its her breaking the law and NOT the person with a camera or drone. She needs to get a different voice, its so irritating ! !
She can be reported for not displaying her SIA licence and she ain't intelligent enough to be security and that's saying something pity his wife he interrupts all the time
Sounds like he was trying to be threatening there with saying if they've seen where you've parked. What are they going to do if they do know where you've parked?

The location of "List X" sites is classified, so well done them for revealing it ....
The only legitimate means they could have had for stopping this is if the site was designated a "prohibited place" as per the National Security Act. It's new legislation (2023), and signage is recommended (but not required) around the building. So if that was the case they should have said something and the auditor would absolutely liable for arrest.
But it isn't and they didn't, so he wasn't. 👍

They really don't make a good point when they say their building is boring and why would anyone want to film it. If it's boring then what's the problem? If he just gets footage of some roofs then what's the problem unless they're using some top secret tiling on their roof 😂
