- Hey guys! In this video I go over 5 things I wish I knew about injuries that would have saved me a lot of time over this past freshman year for me. Injuries like stress fractures, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and anything of that nature can be prevented with these helpful tips. I would truly recommend these if you have had any problems with injury in the past. Doing the gritty details is what takes you from good to great! Also--I did forget to mention injury prevention exercises, but that is very specific towards the injury you are dealing with.
