Before TFT he was a Hearthstone streamer. Consistent Legend player, but never a high ranked player. Known for always finding fucked up interactions. Used to love watching his stream in those days to see what weird hugs and interactions hed find.

TFT players wish they had the balls that Toast had to do that play... I for sure wouldn't have done that.
The play was bad, as the casters said, at least hold antiheal and sunder, thats more important than a chance to get something decent

@berni5641 no its definiteky bad to reroll EVERY item for artifactory. You definitely only roll like 2 or 3 items. The items you had before were geared to your board. The ones artifactory gives are totally random.
Like here he got a lot of AP items he couldnt use and inky got like 2 or 3 usable artifacts.

He isnt playing to top 4,the tournament format was 3 games,top half passes,bot gets eliminated.
I dont remember everyones placements cause im not a machine but toast needed a 1st to safely pass since his first game was an 7th/8th
Again,if he rolls trenchcoat+2 he is winning out,the fewer items he rolls the lesser the chance of him rolling a TC.
And again,what he actually did wrong was skipping morde TWICE when he had wit's end AND zhonya which both have -0.5 delta with over 10k games.
2 star morsekaiser with wits+zhonya averages a 2.1.
And even just talking statistically excluding the specific example(which makes no sense,since that is what we are discussing) the fewer items you roll the least value you get from your augment so its actually correct to roll allmost all your items,the only ones i keep whenever i pick the augment up are antiheal and anti resistance since you cant get those from artifacts as easily.
And about your "why roll your items if they are allready really good??" That makes no sense,unless youre not slamming items early and greed every component for a specific comp you arent going to end up with perfect items everywhere,and in the few cases where you truly have BiS on every unit you simply dont take the augment xd.
I honestly haven't seen a single clip where soju isn't complaining about something

Honestly the commentary kinda killed this for me.
The constant “board is teach, items are trash, just ff” dialogue instead of going into why the items are bad, why the board is bad, etc just adds nothing. Would rather just watch a vod 😂

@berni5641 he doesnt have a +1 for morde, no dominator active, his main carry is vi, which tf and GP are needed to give enforcer and pitfighter. yes its worse there.
