How to cut laminated chipboard without chipping? It is possible to cut laminated chipboard on a circular saw. But for this you need to make a simple device from a hand router.
A nice router table ... and probably very useful for other stuff too, but this is how to clean up the mess after using a circular saw and not how to make a decent cut when cutting chipboard WITH a circular saw ... I'll probably stick to using paper tape where I need to cut!!
first of all you are right about the finest teeth i guess 70t would be great. But actually to be honest the most effective way is to make multiple cuts. At First just cut like 3-4 mm Just the top laminated serface then cut the whole peice. This proved to be the Most efficient way till now.

Isso ajuda mais ao mesmo tempo atrapalha ! Pois sai da metragem que foi cortada
Or you can just use the finest teeth you can afford and. tape the area where you want to cut using painters tape, you’re welcome.
