"Rock-n-roll saved my life."
We had a quick chat with Liam Gallagher when he visited Manila for the first time earlier this year. The Rock-N-Roll Star shared his thoughts on his new solo record (out now!), why people want an Oasis reunion, and what he thinks of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Every single account you ever read of someone bumping into him, or meeting him in a bar, they always have nothing but good things to say about the guy. Seems to have a lot of time for people. Proper genuine bloke.

His album is genuinely fantastic and as much as I love Oasis, I really don't care whether they reform or not. Both Liam and Noel are doing fine for themselves and releasing great stuff and I'm more than happy to see them do well solo and long may they continue to do so.

Oh my God ,Liam being fifty in few years ,,,,,I'm same age as Noel ,was in my 20 s when saw them at Maine rd ,second night ,,,,,,where the fuck does time go ? He s right when he says as long as got health ,,,,it's when you haven't got it anymore you realize how important and lucky you are to be healthy
I hope you're healthy now. I'm just slightly younger than Liam, the time has gone but I'm, so glad I was around and going to shows in the nineties, that was a great time for music.

I'd like to see these two sit down and remember they're family. No Oasis reunion? Fine. But it's just been two much of a competition even outside the media. Great new album from Liam and Noel's will probably be another epic record. Just keep these guys at the front because a lot of music these days is missing what Oasis had.
