- Hi folks, in this video I tried my best to include everything relating to getting a student visa to Ireland. It can seem like a lot, but you got this. I hope this video helps you get good insights on what is involved in getting a student visa.
I'm linking few important links and docs here :)
1) Where to apply?
www.visas.inis...
2) Paying visa fee and booking an appointment
www.vfsglobali... - and select your country
3) Documents checklist for your visa appointment
docs.google.co...
Hope that helps xxx
So much info in such a short video! Bravo!!
Thank you soo much, I am a self applicant who will be moving to Ireland on jan 2024 for ms in AI. Your videos are helpful , now I am very clear so that I can do all the visa process without any help .
Awh great, good luck with that 😄
@@the_v_vibeHi. Can you please tell me the process to apply for a visa for a phd student?
It's pretty much the same as above, except maybe you will be asked for a few extra documents. Please refer to the phD. program application in the respective college
Did you know?under 18 student are allowed to come in ireland for bachelors study or not?

Hi again,
Is it necessary to get an accommodation before going to the VFS?
Nope, they don't ask for it
@The V Vibe Thank you!
Please mam could you please tell me that is under 18 student are not allowed to study in Ireland for student visa?
Very informative session. Could you please let me know which health insurance did you opt for?
Hi, thanks very much :)
Initially, when I moved to Ireland from India, I took international insurance coverage from Bajaj alliance for 1 year.
After that expired, I took Arachas' study protect insurance in Ireland (That's the cheapest one I could find, donno if it is the best option tho)
@The V Vibe Thank you so much for the clarification.
thanks for such a helpful video ... one question about proof of fee payment, if we get admitted on scholarship in that case do we have to show this proof or bank statement etc?
If u get scholarship, you have to show the letter you get from the college which states how much does your scholarship cover.
@@the_v_vibe thanks for the reply.... so in short if i get fully funded scholarship to cover tution fees and also stipend then the bank statement will not be required
@@mugheesahmed4922 yeah then it wouldn't be necessary! You can just tell your scholarship covers everything
@mughees ahmed Can you please let me know what did you fill in the sponsor section of the supplementary form? Did your visa come through?
Can we apply 6 months early for study visa
Can you please let me know how can I get an accommodation in CORK? Thanks a lot 👍🎉 I'm very afraid about accommodation
Hey, please look at rent.ie and daft.ie
Why are you afraid?
@@the_v_vibethanks for your response mate, I really appreciate.I have heard from everyone that I'll not get accommodation, it's very difficult to get accommodation in there. That's why I'm very very afraid.
Hey.. informative video❤
What about income tax filing.. is that necessary for the sponsor to produce
Hey you can do it yourself from myaccount.ie

Thanks Sushma sis, I am applying for student visa and wanted this information. Can you tell me what insurance I need to get and about the first letter you mean cover letter? Is that compulsory for type d as it's not for tourism but study. And for scholarship do I need to still show 7000 euros statement?
You can get international insurance from your own country for 1 year before you come to Ireland. Or you can get student insurance in Ireland, do this online.
Cover letter is needed when you can't show a document that is needed..you need to explain the reason for not having that document. And cover letters for your purpose of visit is always helpful.
I don't understand what you are asking abouy scholarship, you just have to apply for it.
@@the_v_vibe yes I got scholarship, do I still need to show a good bank statement like 7000 or offer letter stating stipend is enough? Also sis, pls share insurance links, if u know?
For education documents, do we need submit transcripts? Or original certificates are enough?
You need to submit both :)
How to get the transcripts?
If you mean college transcripts, you need to check that in your uni or college where you are studying now
What course did you do in ireland?
I did my masters in data analytics
How long does it take to get your visa? Its been 3 weeks since my appointment and still no clue about that. I applied in May, still its taking time
You can check the visa decision page of the embassy you applied at. They post a list of the visa decisions. I hope this helps.
Hi i m going to UCD for 2024 intake, when should i start to apply student visa? Thx
I would say 3-4 months before your college starts
@@the_v_vibe alright thx
@the_v_vibe what would be the approx cost for under graduate study in technology in Ireland?
Hey, it depends on the college/Uni you choose to do the course. Also do you mean the total cost including tuition fee and living expenses?
😊👌
😀
Hi
Can you please suggest any consultant in Delhi for Ireland study
I had help from goIreland, they do everything online!
Hello..does anybody here got approved student visa sponsored by a friend not a family member or relatives? Please.let me know your experience or insight.thank you
I don't think u can get sponsored student visa. You have to apply one for yourself
@@the_v_vibe you mean .self funding only is allowed ?
I mean they do not care how the money is paid, unless it's paid. Doesn't matter who pays for you but there is no specific procedure for sponsoring as such
