Sure, to enter Pigeon Point Beach facility costs $20 per person. Most of the other beaches have free entry so if you're on a budget, you can visit store bay, buccoo Beach, Mt Irvine

There is also a beach called swallows which i the same water as Pigeon point and a really nice place. The locals usually bathe there. Ofc there are no changing facilities as it's at the side of the road before Pigeon point
