You are eating way too much salt!!! And that's what is contributing to most of your swelling. Your lymphatic system can't do it's job removing the fluid.

It depends on which one you get, the coldest water bottle can keep water cold for more than 2 days.

It really is all about finding what works best for you. What you feel you can do in the long term and really make it a lifestyle. For me so far I have lost 50lbs in 5 months. I started exercising again but not a whole lot because I have lupus and really can't overdo it, I used to exercise every single day but can't do that anymore at least not with the intensity that I used to. But as far as diet itself all I've changed is being more aware of how much I eat-- in other words portion sizes. I am single and love to cook and so that was a problem because I would eat more than one serving of things just so I wouldn't have to waste as much or have that much for leftovers. Also, I don't deny myself anything. If I want ice cream I'll have ice cream, if I want cookies or cake I'll have them I just will just limit myself to 1 serving. That works for me. I think it could work for a lot of you! For me it's much easier than giving up things. And personally I don't feel there's any food group that you should completely eliminate anything from your diet unless you really need to for medical reasons.
So for everyone who is trying to lose weight regardless of if its 10 pounds or 200 pounds ,good luck! Don't give up just really find what works for you and again it's important that whatever you do that you can maintain it for the rest of your life!

That's bruising after surgery that's normal . I brushed after every surgery I had. It looks like someone was beating on me but It didn't hurt.

Please watch your salt/sodium intake due to all the swelling. Salt causes our bodily tissues to retain fluid which can cause hypertension.
I had beast lift and tummy tuck and BBL done 3yrs ago with minimal swelling. In my experience the breast eventually settles naturally. I wear bras most of the time (even tho I can easily go without) except with spaghetti straps, strapless, etc. very happy with my results. Btw, I’m still a triple D cup, didn’t have the reduction, kinda wish I did just a little but I’m very happy nevertheless. 😊
Didn’t fly first class but I do experience the wheelchair service at the airport whenever I travel. It’s a blessing to not have to stand and wait in line and walk the distances especially with back issues.
