@@jamesslick4790 Perhaps not in your mind but you are actually incorrect. A "chemical" is a substance obtained by a chemical process or producing a chemical effect. By that definition, obtained from Merriam-Websters, then wood chips is not a chemical compound as it is a mixture of compounds such as lignin and cellulose and thus each variety of wood is an organic material with each species having a different composition. Water, can be made from other compounds in a chemical reaction so you can have a pass but the statement remains the same as the video says "wood chips and water" added to chemicals.
Pca a big "supporter" of community is bullshit my family did business with them for 30 years and they gave us the boot over a few cents to buy from a big city competitor.
4:49 Are "wood chips" and "water" NOT "chemicals"? Last time I checked, EVERYTHING was mass was "chemicals". 🤦♂️
Get out of the weeds and realize it did not say chips and water are not chemical but that "wood chips and water" are added to chemicals!
@@treyhogan1949 Changes NOTHING aout what I wrote, EVERYTHING with mass are "chemicals" INCLUDING wood chips AND water.

@@ugafan1779 A chemical substance may well be defined as "any material with a definite chemical composition"
Everything is technically feedstock in this context, including the people working the mill/forests... :P
