Sir, I am passing out of 12th grade next year, and plan to start my career in aviation. Do you think it's a good time to begin one's career in aviation in 2023?
You need maths and physics. They are compulsory subjects in order to become a pilot. (Students who have taken a commerce stream must complete maths and physics from open school, NIOS.)
You are eligible to become a commercial pilot if you have passed 12th class with maths and physics or an equivalent examination. If you decide to start the training, the very first step is to take an aviation medical examination (Class 2 medical) so that you know that you are medically fit to become a pilot. After you have passed the medical examination you can start the process. It is usually recommended to complete the DGCA theory exams before you apply to a flight school. These exams are: Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology, Air Navigation, Technical General, Technical Specific and also RTR (Radio Telephony Restricted) exam. For example, you can take ground classes at an aviation academy to study for the theory exams, and when you are ready you can complete the exams. Before you apply to a flight school where you want to get your actual flight training you must get the Class 1 medical certificate which is required for the commercial pilot license. Depending on the flight school the training can take about 18 months but some students have also done the training in a shorter time. Basically the duration of the training depends on how many flight hours you can get every week and every month.
Sir , I have a question regarding that when you enter in airline and obviously your going to fly from a to b but are airline pilot fly in India only or they also fly abroad area too?? Pls sir reply I really need to know this
Airline pilots fly international flights. Airlines can have domestic routes and international routes. If the airline places the pilot also on international routes, then the pilot can fly international flights.
I am working as software engineer...2 3 yrs do the job and then try to join flying school near to tour job location so that when you start flying you can still do the job...i mean monday to friday jib and yhen wwekend do the flying...thats how it can happen...just go to flying school tell them that on weekend please give me 4 hrs tu fly...and thats how you eill complete the cpl while doing the job
@@BOARD_WITH_OM yes but keep in mind you need 4 to 6 yrs to complete the cplin this way. By that i mean 1 yr formedicals + 1 yr forexams + 2yrs for cpl+2 yrs take it as buffer time in case you fell short money or smthing like that and also you jave to roam around a lot of flying schools and then only you will able to find that one school which will help you to get cpl in this way...so its a long term game plan it wisely and keep working every single day...best of luck brother 👍
You can search for the nearest aviation academy that has ground classes (preparation course) for the theory exams (DGCA exams) which you must complete.
