I figured it'd still be helpful for people in the future coming back to this, or just to have the best path to grab all 10 of these without jumping around needlessly.
For those doing the Seasonal Challenge: If the "Collect Moth" part of the "Rippling Wings" challenge is not progressing, you have to place the moths in the cave behind Fynch for it to count towards the triumph / seasonal challenge.
Mine must be bugged. No surprise there. There's no rift for me, for some reason my deepsight triggers automatically, and I'm only given 6 seconds before they vanish. Wtf bungie.

Got a problem with the first location myself. The moth doesn't seem to spawn. It's also not listed as collected but I actually have collected a moth from that location previously. Not sure exactly what caused the issue but there may be one with that location for others as well.
So idk if I've made a mistake here, but I've already done all the altar of reflection activities and I don't know how to get back there or do them again, is there a way to? :,)
How do you get the Yellow Wizard to spawn for the #2 Moth ? I see you did a nice clean transition presumably because the original one didn't spawn for you either..
@Esoterickk only in Insight Altar of Reflection you can get this moth i try in other altars and i don't have deepsight sphere to activate and no have moth in this place in other altars.
Awesome! Tho I can't find the one in Miasma on the tree 😩 It's the only one I'm missing according to the notes in the cave where Fynch is... : ( Edit - found it finally! It was a diff tree 😄
There should be a node on the destination map to load straight into an altar of reflection, though I'm not entirely sure if that's a Fynch rep reward, it kinda just appeared for me.

Had the same issue. Turns out you have to place them down at the cave next to Fynch.

I'm confused. At 1:14 you jump into a doorway that does not exist for me. There is a solid metal plate over the entrance. What am I missing?

Went to first moth location, enemies spawned, kill them and there was no moth. I haven't collected any of them yet.
The moths are on a weekly rotation - 2 moths per week. We're currently (as of 4/13/22) on week 3 (Moths #4 and 6 of this video).

I went to orbit and came back to the same place and it was there, whoever is having a problem with this this might help you

1:12 at that entrance there is a f ing black wall that doesnt let me in, i finished the campaign a lot ago. Never seen that entrance locked before
I had the same issue. It helps if you wait for any public event in area. Once it starts the door disappeared for me. Hope it works x

having trouble with the moth in Apothecary, seems it has changed since this video, any one have any ideas ?
I was stuck for a second aswell. From the moment the deepsight starts, you have 15 seconds before they despawn. Be quick.
And you’re tormenting your jump button with unnecessary overuse the whole time.
Other than that, thank you for showing me the ones I missed.
Jumping as I do in the video makes you move faster
