This is such a quotable speech. Shakespeare wrote some incredible lines for his women; and you’re putting a lot of intense feeling into them.
I’m a bit surprised though that you’re sounding the /k/ in “sceptre”, I’ve never heard anybody do that. In the same line, wouldn’t TEMP-ral allow the iambs to flow more easily than tem-POR-al?
