I love this guys thoughts but chuckle at his comments....What does he think he's driving...a porsche?? I have this van and love it. My review is with kids and I give 100% thumbs up.
The reason for the old fashion analog clock ( I think) is for tradition. It 's one of those retro things. If you were a baby boomer you'd understand. Growing up in the '60s,'70s that type of clock was very common in cars. I think Chrysler stuck them in there just for nostalgia.
@@ureviews The analog clock is not useless. When you running something on the entertainment system and the digital time is not visible, you can still quickly see what time it is. Unless you have difficulty using an analog clock.
Great job sir! I am a consumer looking to buy soon a Chrysler or Dodge Grand Voyager minivan. And it's going to replace my 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager minivan. I have watched many videos on used vehicles. I've watched videos for used minivans for sale and how to repair. Your video is outstanding! You gave us a lot of detail both about the Driving Experience interior and exterior. You mentioned several points that other videos missed so I'm really glad I watched your video. Again thank you very much for your time and efforts and recording and producing this video.
I have one and live in western oregon and this is a dream on the corners, driven many mountain and coast roads. On a recent trip through montana i did notice it getting a little loose on the road once you were over 100 mph. 4500 mile road trip with average 27.6 mpg (western states)
It's a minivan, cornering and handling are Minivan. It also has more headroom and higher roofline ratio in comparison, there is going to be body roll, it you do not understand this stay in a vehicle with a lower center of gravity. The steering is electromechanical and ARR (Angle Ratio Response) is based on your speed, like almost every other car that is on the market, the reasons are should be self-evident. I am not defending Chrysler or Minivans, as a first responder I am tired of arriving to the scene of an MVA to find a minivan where the driver overestimated handling or accelerator response and caused an accident, blaming everyone else except WHO was operating their vehicle. Remember, it's a minivan, not a speedster, treat it accordingly, you can blame manufacturers for not enough horsepower or enough safety features, they are not misjudging the distance to the vehicle that strikes you or that you strike. Auto manufacturers make very safe vehicles today in comparison to those when I first started driving, in fact cars now are smarter than they have too be because most drivers are not as responsible as they should be, Be safer, leave earlier, use bluetooth and pay attention to commercial vehicles. I want to be able to thumb my nose at you, alive.
Of course the cornering is going to dip more than a sports sedan! one thing to remember, since vans are top heavy, it's best to stay with the higher grade tires. I paid $20 more per tire for "best grade", but got an extra full band under the tread. Also, be sure to rotate tires or your fronts won't last.
So, I just bought a 2013 Town and Country Touring with 7995 miles on it for $19800 was owned by an older couple who never drove it much anywhere. I am pretty sure I just got a very good deal. Compared to a brand new one I looked at just beforehand, it was just as nice, and looks just as new. :D
I driven caravans for 15 years with an average 200k. Never had any major issues with any of my vans. Company vans replaced ever 4 years. Going to see a town and country next week. Not a fair review in my opinion. ❤
Hello. Could someone tell me, what's the dimension of cargo space behind 3rd row? In inceh, not in cubic feet :) I woul also like to know the dimenson of stow&go hole :)
Hi there nice van, how much is this Van? Is there much of a difference between the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 models of this van? Does anyone know the answer???
Dear all, have a great life. I found used 2015 chrysler T&C limited with 26k miles. With power folding therd seat row and dull LCD+Blueray drive. It's like new. Without sunroof and remote start features. The showroom asked for 13900$. Is it ideal price . Thanks
So check KBB trade in value and retail value, see if you're getting good price. As for reliability, it's average. This is a 7 year old can with actually not too many miles. Set aside 2k to fix stuff as you go but if it's gets a pass from a mechanic that it's fine, then perhaps it's a good idea.
Hahah I took 2015 from Omaha to Georgia and guest what it was chill handled well it was like driving. Relax and gas oooo yeah it can run but all and all it was good 1-10 I give it 8
I Chrysler Town a Country is my favorite car and also to the Chrysler Town & Country is a very popular vehicle would also like all Chrysler town and country Videos and my dad likes Chrysler Town an Country videos
I see you have the magic band from Disney We rented this car to go to Disney this past december and I fell in love with this car We also had magic bands
The Odyssey is the ugliest van ever made and they have chronic transmission problems. Chrysler dominates the van market because they have more features than the wannabes like the butt ugly Honda!

Oh for sure, I mean I remember those from my parents car. But on the other hand it's useless and doesn't add much to the decor.

I have absolutely no prob with mine.
Just rented this van to take family upstate and I loved it and so did the kids. When I get back I will be making a trip to the chrysler dealer.
The best honest review of this van. All other reviews were more like advertising.

Fair price for that mileage. Probably good deal all around.

Is it a monocoque or a ladder frame chassis? Might explain the body roll.

What model year?

I personally think the odyssey is overrated. (I actually had a bad experience with a brand new one) But it was 6 years ago.
