ONEWE did it again love the song and don't me get me started on the rest of the album. Montage is probably my favourite but literally every song is gold. There's a reason that their albums are always in my top albums of the year.
I watched the MV without captions first, and then watched it again with the English captions. I cried both times. The emotion comes through beyond language and words, but then having the words takes the emotion to a more defined level. I think the MV was incredibly well shot and built the emotion of the song, culminating in the running scene. I can't put into words how that scene broke me, but it did and in such a good way (like you said, feeling it in the soul). ** Stepping onto a soapbox now lol. Read on if you so desire** Since getting into K-pop music, I've been reflecting a lot on the subject of popularity. ONEWE (and yes, LUCY is amazing too!!!!) is a great example of raw talent, incredible dedication to building their skills in their craft, and sincerity of heart which reaches across geography and language. All of the fans say over and over again that they are underrated (which is true) but saying that does not make them more popular or well-known. You making videos with their songs are reaching people and help their popularity, and I thank you for doing that. But it is clear that talent/skill does not equate to popularity, and popularity is not the end-all-be-all of making great music. Also popularity does not always mean good things, as the most popular people/artists face some of the worst aspects of the music industry/humanity. My perspective of this is really influenced by my favorite musical artist of all time, Twenty One Pilots. I became their fan in 2016, and they really went big in 2018. TOP's music has always been raw and real, and that sincerity finally translated to popularity. But it took a long time (almost 9 years!) for it to happen, and there was NO guarantee that it would. Popularity, luckily, did not have negative effects on the members of TOP. They both got married, and the lead singer Tyler has his second kid on the way. He has been very open that his family is his rock, and what his life will always return to. ONEWE has the musicality and emotion I feel in TOP songs, so they may find fame one day, but that was not what makes their music significant to me. The power of music is that once a song is put out into the world, and then finds a place in your heart, NO ONE can take that feeling from you. Great music becomes a small part of you and never dies, and THAT is the most important reason to me to stan ONEWE for however long they make music. * Stepping off of soapbox now**
Yeah, this was so beautiful. I was so emotional too. They’re just amazing!!! I just freaking love them. I hope they got more attention. Their songs are just masterpieces.
Thank you so much for the reaction! I love your comparison of Onewe's music to soul (though not the genre). I completely agree. To be honest, Onewe's music isn't my usual style, but they are so talented that that doesn't even matter-they've reached me nonetheless. Their music feels like art that just demands my appreciation and touches my heart.
I've cried every single time that I've watched this MV so far 😭😭😭 Absolutely STUNNING. Discovering this band was one of my high points of last year and they reach a part of my heart that no other group do. They are my comfort band & they deserve the whole world and more 💖💖💖 Fantastic reaction as always xxx PS That Kanghyun solo had no right being that damn good...
My fav on the album is probably From because this song was performed live for years ago but it was not official released, finally I’m happy to listen to it.

ONEWE music is my soul food. Can’t live without them. They are those kind of artists that make you really want to buy an album and support.

I 've turned some of my non Kpop friends onto Onewe and they all enjoyed their music. That says something about them.
