A great piece of documentary highlighting the failed loops in three different ministries; Public service; Finance and Health. At one point it makes you ponder how useless some posts have been; the ISO; DISO; PISO are all enjoying the allowances, salaries fancy rides, and lifestyles yet so little is done as regards our expectations.

Basing on What's happening in Ntungamu in its real picture is a saddening situation. There's something wrong with the ground administration since it's the one causing that mayhem.
Where are the national auditors? Dont local governments have national auditors to ascertain the extent to how finances are being disbursed?

Good work Mr Solomon, I have raised questions in my head of which I can't share them with anyone, but of all this, why would a person tell us that some people have started bringing back the money and this money is for what?
Returning back the money means they all know what was taking place, the end point for them is prison including everyone who started this, all the bodies which were created to monitor and evaluate what is taking place on ground are supposed to be closed because they are not of any help to this country. Public service workers who are behind this should also be put in court to explain the country about this.......
No mercy should be shown to these. And even some of the state house workers should be questioned I guess they know something about this.......
My heart aches to the fact that this was just in one district; surely a tip of the iceberg 😢

I gave up on My home district which is Ntungamo.
I recall a lot of shoddy staff from PPDA. Its sickening oh my goodness.
I wish you could dig deep into ASIIBE company which was headed by my late Uncle Asiimwe Benard and his friend Who passed away in 2020 in car accident.
Investigate Kategaya memorial institute, plus how contracts are given out, there's a guy in PPDA called Senior Moses.
He even owns construction company.
There's a lot, district human resource???
Some took an application there and guy boldly told him mbu you haven't put a stone on your papers, wind will blow them away. I hope you understand the logic.

Am even speachless imagine 1st ladies home in this condition what about the deep villages and every day district being formed look at the ambulance yiiiiiii Mukama what did Ugandans do really so that we come over this situation ,imagine every yr borrowing money to support our country kumbe it's afew people gaining from that money u can even find out wen those people they don't even exist other people who don't what to work and hustle enjoying free money
Great work Mr Solomon. My humble suggestion is I wish there is a way you can dub different languages for example Luganda, runyankole, Swahili and one language from the northern parts. It's crucial that all tax payers get to watch these eye opening documentaries
