I gave up on My home district which is Ntungamo. I recall a lot of shoddy staff from PPDA. Its sickening oh my goodness. I wish you could dig deep into ASIIBE company which was headed by my late Uncle Asiimwe Benard and his friend Who passed away in 2020 in car accident. Investigate Kategaya memorial institute, plus how contracts are given out, there's a guy in PPDA called Senior Moses. He even owns construction company. There's a lot, district human resource??? Some took an application there and guy boldly told him mbu you haven't put a stone on your papers, wind will blow them away. I hope you understand the logic.
As usual, a slap on the hand. Can they trace back and find out who is benefitting from this? There's a big fish up there. Also, we are only talking of Health, how about other ministries? A great piece of documentary highlighting the failed loops in three different ministries; Public service; Finance and Health. At one point it makes you ponder how useless some posts have been; the ISO; DISO; PISO are all enjoying the allowances, salaries fancy rides, and lifestyles yet so little is done as regards our expectations. Solomon, please remind them of what our expectations are.

Good work Mr Solomon, I have raised questions in my head of which I can't share them with anyone, but of all this, why would a person tell us that some people have started bringing back the money and this money is for what? Returning back the money means they all know what was taking place, the end point for them is prison including everyone who started this, all the bodies which were created to monitor and evaluate what is taking place on ground are supposed to be closed because they are not of any help to this country. Public service workers who are behind this should also be put in court to explain the country about this....... No mercy should be shown to these. And even some of the state house workers should be questioned I guess they know something about this.......

Health center iv are at county level, Center iii at subcounty level, center ii at parish level, So Ntugamo has over 10 counties possibly with more than 10 members of parliament. I believe this whole thing is engineered from ntugamo to national level.
