But if you want one, you can have one - after learning how to handle it, store it, being checked if you're well enough to wear one. I can't remember when the last school shooting in Germany was. But I know in the USA it was in Georgia. By now at least. Because you have the most gun violence I know worldwide.

They vote down regulations on guns because “that violates the Second Amendment,” despite the fact that the Second Amendment states “A well regulated militia.” They blame mental health and then they vote down any measures to address mental health in this country. So what have they done besides offer thoughts and prayers, which is tantamount to doing nothing, to help prevent children being gunned down in American schools?

As a former military person, I have no idea why people think AR's are good for "sport" or "hunting". Their 'effective range' (aka able to hit a specific target accurately and repeatedly) is roughly 150 yards. Any hunter knows that you need a bigger round out of a longer barrel to actually hit what you are aiming at.

A hunter (retired military) once told me that using a semiautomatic firearm for hunting is for losers. I would be vegetarian if I had to supply my own meat so I can only say what I have heard. 🤷♀️

Not that I believe for a second that politician prays after each shooting, but that would mean he would be praying constantly and that prayer is useless by it solving nothing. Oh, I guess if you read the Bible it needs to be done by righteous men, that explains why it isn't working.
When I went to school in the 1960s and 1970s we had almost no school shootings. We had the same Constitution and people were debating about hand guns, not military weapons and no gun laws.
Summary, they don't pray when they say they pray, they aren't righteous to be heard, and faith without works is a waste of time. What works? Get military weapons, large clips, and ghost guns out of the hands of ordinary citizens. They have not saved any lives, but have taken them.

Tim burchett is the only honest Republican in this video. "We will not fix it." Is the most honest answer ever given to anyone after a mass shooting. I will never forget he said that and I'm surprised more politicians and media don't use that as a sound bite more often.
