@@bigfellazreactions alright, I’ll give you another that’s awesome. I’m saving the spectacular ones for later. Chris Cornell did a mash up of the song “One”. He took the music and harmony from U2’s version of One and the lyrics of One by Metallica and added his incredible voice for something really special. I’d usually advise a live version with live video but this best quality version I’ve found is strictly audio but by far the best sound quality by far. so it is what it is. I would recommend listening to U2’s one and Metallica’s One before reacting for a genuine visceral reaction. I’ll even supply the link. Enjoy✌️ th-cam.com/video/FxGvuE-Wb2k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=QI2dUP19ofdALUBs
The incomparable Roger Taylor was/is a beast on drums and vocals! This is ranked as the second greatest live performance with Live Aid still holds the title as the greatest live performance in Rock history❤️👑🎸🎤🥁🎹
White Queen live in Hammersmith a night at the Odeon and Dragon Attack live in Montreal same concert 🎶 you’ll me amazing 🤩 thank you so much for your reaction 😊
React to White Queen live at Odeon Hammersmith 1975. This is a hidden gem that is hauntingly beautiful. Back story on this one so the lyrics make sense. Brian wrote the song in college about a girl in his Biology class that he had a crush on. He was too shy to ask her out and when he finally got the nerve up to do it she was already dating someone else. Another great song is Now I’m Here live at Wembley 1986. All band members playing their best and Freddie running around from one end of the massive stage to the other. It is epic!
Excellent reaction! 4:11 "I forgot look how amazing of a showman Freddy is..." Freddy is first and foremost a musician more than a showman, and he was a great one, apart from being a showman and signer he was a great musician and composer; he did have spectacular stage presence though. Roger, Brian and John do wonderfully in this song as well! I love Queen!
Guitarist Sir Dr Brian May made his own guitar with his dad when he was around 16 with things found around the house. The neck is made from a 100 year old fireplace mantle, the body from an oak table, the tremolo from bike parts and his mom’s knitting needle. It’s called the Red Special and 60 years later it is still his main guitar. John Deacon made him an amp from a speaker cabinet and things he found in the trash and Brian still uses it. He has had many people try to replicate it and no one has been able to make anything that sounds like it. Freddie designed the logo for the band.
The other members of Queen aren’t merely “Freddie’s Band” - all of them are highly intelligent, extremely talented musicians and songwriters. Freddie himself said “ we are *four equal members* “ All four men got their academic accomplishments in fields *other* than music : - *vocalist/pianist Freddie Mercury* earned his certification in Art-Graphic Design. It is he who created the iconic Queen logo, with images of the four band members’ zodiac signs included: Two Lions for the Leos (Roger and John) balanced in the design by Two Fairies (for Freddie’s sign Aries) the Crab atop the Q (Brian is a Cancer) all topped by flames with a Phoenix rising from them. - *guitarist Brian May* studied Astronomy (now called Astrophysics), and left his PhD studies when the band took off. After Freddie’s death and upon the encouragement of his former academic advisors, Brian return to Imperial College and TRULY EARNED his PhD in Astrophysics in 2007. He has since collaborated several times with NASA and the European Space Agency on various missions, using his other expertise (in stereoscopic 3-D photography/imaging) to help compile 3D models from selected photographs taken by mission cameras . I’ll leave it at that, as I’m not smart enough to understand it all hahaha. - *drummer Roger Taylor* started off Uni to study Dentistry… but “got bored of it” and switched his major, ultimately earning his BSc in Biology. - *bassist John Deacon* earned a First Class Honours BSc in Electronics (the UK equivalent to the USA’s Summa Cum Laude/ with Highest Honors). I have heard that he at least began his Master’s in Acoustics and Vibration Technology, but I haven’t seen anything that states whether he completed that coursework or not… John is notoriously private about his life and his family Moving back to the musical accomplishments: -All four band members are individually inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. -All four are multi-instrumentalists. -Three of the four have very good-to-excellent voices (excepting only bassist John, who did not like his own voice and very rarely sang - and then only with his mic turned wayyyy down, God love him!)
The greatest performer, singer Frontman. He shared his wonderful talent with us. He will always be remembered. Brian is one of the best guitarists Roger on Drums and John on Bass. Every one of them where perfect together.
Somebody to Love, live at Milton Keyes 1982 has a different vibe, more agressive and electric, almost urgent. I think you would enjoy that version as well.
This is the video where a great deal of people suddenly realise there's not just one singer in Queen, and what a phenomenal singer Roger Taylor is, also!
I just found your channel and immediately subscribed…..I absolutely loved your reaction to this epic performance by Queen, loved how much you appreciated Freddie’s fantastic voice. They have recorded almost 300 songs over 20 years of iconic hits…… the live performances are almost always better than the studio releases… More Queen please …much more. “Another One Bites The Dust”. “Save Me” “Tie Your Mother Down”. “Fat Bottom Girls” “Under Pressure”…..any songs from this 1981 Montreal concert or 1982 Milton Keynes concert or 1986 Wembly concert……are all fantastic. Thank you.
This was such a blast to watch!!!

This was Freddies gospel song, with Aretha Franklin in mind.
He loved Aretha.

I saw Queen several times beginning in 1975 and they were always perfection and Freddie, sooo gorgeous and sexy.

Queen is not just Freddie Mercury it's Brian May Guitar John Deacon bass guitar and Roger Taylor drums. Four extraordinary musicians make up Queen.
Guitarist Sir Dr Brian May made his own guitar with his dad when he was around 16 with things found around the house.
